Sharon Lawrence is an actress who played Maggie Peterson in the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit season four episode "Chameleon".
Lawrence is starred as Assistant District Attorney Sylvia Costas on the TV show NYPD Blue (with Kim Delaney, Gail O'Grady and Nicholas Turturro). She was also the star of the short-lived sitcom Fired Up (1997–98 with Mark Feuerstein). She also had a recurring role as Maisy Gibbons, a housewife/prostitute in Desperate Housewives, and guest starred on Boston Legal, Monk, and as Amelia Earhart in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "The 37s". She later had a supporting role on the short-lived CW teenage drama series Hidden Palms (again with O'Grady), as Tess Wiatt.
