Shayna Rosario is a witness to the murder of Henry Ware by Foster Keyes. She was repeatedly intimidated and bribed by Keyes, his cousin Ronald Duggan, and even Duggan’s lawyer Gerald Wills. Duggar also solicited Calvin Rivers to kill Ware’s friend Jimmy Connor.
Shayna did her best to testify and engaged with the law to report the campaigns against her, but the defendants, save for Rivers, were all acquitted. (L&O: "Can I Get a Witness?")
