Sonequa Martin-Green (born on March 21, 1985 in Russellville, Alabama) is an actress who has guest-starred on Law & Order: Criminal Intent in the episode "Legacy" as Kiana Richmond.
She currently plays the role of Michael Burnham on the Star Trek series Star Trek: Discovery. She also previously starred as Sasha Williams on the AMC Network series The Walking Dead.
