Steve Harris (born December 3, 1965 in Chicago, Illinois) is an actor who guest-starred on Law & Order in the episode "Wager" as Joey "Dogs" Lang and the episode "Act of God" as Calvin Tiller as well as the Law & Order: Organized Crime episodes "I Got This Rat", "Everybody Takes a Beating Sometime", and "Forget It Jake; It's Chinatown" as Ellsworth Lee.
He also guest-starred on an episode of Homicide: Life on the Street as Bernard and three episodes of New York Undercover as different characters.
