Stephen John "Steve" Mellor (September 1, 1950–March 6, 2008) was an actor who guest-starred on Law & Order in the episode "Bad Faith" as Reverend Navarro and in the episode "Disappeared" as Mr. Fetzer.
He also guest-starred on an episode of New York Undercover; and is known for his roles on Jaws 3-D, Message in a Bottle, and Icebreaker.
