Steven Green (formerly Sasha Griskov) is a Russian-born mobster operating under the cloak of Nature’s Way Baby Foods, with the complicity under duress of company founder Ann Madsen. In exchange of Green saving Madsen’s company from bankruptcy, as a loan shark, Green stole proceeds, which resulted in tainted products being distributed from the company’s factories.
After Green ordered Nikolai Rostov to kill the company’s CFO, Harry Renkmeyer, who noticed the financial discrepancies, Madsen testified against him in court while she was in witness protection. Green was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to death. As retribution, one of Green’s mercenaries assassinated Madden before she could be taken to a safe house. (L&O: "Old Friends")
