Stuart Davis is the creator of graphic video game NtenCity. The game was used as a model for Garrett Perle and Louise Karnaki to murder prostitute Melody Quinn. Davis always insisted it was just a game and was constantly exasperated by lawsuits and complaints.
It was revealed Perle paid Davis a thousand bucks to assist in the coerced suicide of Larry Tauber, a manipulated accomplice and witness of Perle and Karnaki. Davis sent a self-deleting email to Tauber accusing him of Quinn's murder, which resulted in Tauber jumping and landing on the pavement. When data left behind from Davis was found on Tauber's computer, the police arrested him and made him decrypt the content to retrieve the email.
With this new evidence and Perle throwing his defense of diminished capacity out, he and Karnaki were convicted and imprisoned. Davis was found guilty of conspiracy and accessory in provoking a suicide and obstruction of justice, and he was imprisoned as well. (SVU: "Game")
