Stuart Linderby is a man with a developmental condition known as Noonan syndrome, a chromosomal abnormality which can diminish his psychological capacity.

He was arrested and imprisoned on an indecent exposure conviction when he urinated in public, due to the bathroom at the park being out of order, with the judge having no sympathy for him.
Stuart was put on the sex offenders registry, but he still played with the children at the jungle gym his mother managed. When his record was found by Erik Weber's offender tracking website, people assumed he was molesting the children that played there and posted reviews to scare people away and close the business. When Stuart's condition was revealed, he was cleared as a suspect. (SVU: "Bullseye")
