Susan Nolan is an accomplice of fellow terrorist Robert Paul Byers.
History[]
Susan was shown recording the video of Robert reading his manifesto and planning to commit these hate crimes. After her husband, Tom Nolan, was arrested, Captain Olivia Benson showed him the photo of Susan standing there recording the video. However, Tom refused to give them Susan's whereabouts until Benson pushed him by slamming her hands on the desk. Eventually, they tracked down Susan and Robert to a hotel and found out that they were going to Washington Square Park. The team eventually catches up to Susan and Robert and Benson shows Susan her badge. They are surrounded by police and Robert claims that he has a bomb in his bag. Robert attempts to pull out the bomb before being shot in the head by Benson. Susan was arrested and imprisoned for her role in the spree of hate crimes. (SVU: "Silent Night, Hateful Night")
