Odd line in this ep about Queens not having any lakes, so "Lakeview" being a somehow ironic name. It's named after Lake Hampstead, which it's right next to. I dunno if they're trying to say reservoirs aren't "lakey" enough, or if the scriptwriters themselves just did a poor job of "looking at a map sometime" and being "damned if I can find a lake anywhere"...
