I know that over on Memory Alpha we have a different license, and thus cannot simply copy things from Wikipedia to MA. Since the license here is the same as wikipedia's, can the same text be used(as was just done to this article)?--31dot 14:05, 7 April 2009 (UTC)
- I don't know, but I suppose so long as the edit history of article on Wikipedia is not deleted (it's under discussion at [1], so we'll see), the main contributors are still visible by attribution. If there is a way to transfer over the edit history from there, that would be great, but I don't how to do that. My concern is that this information is not lost and since the article over there had more information than the one here, I figured it worthwhile to move it here. I'm not too concerned with the edit history, as we can put a link here to link to WP where the history can be viewed. I'm only concerned with the license- and I think its OK, but I'm just making sure.--31dot 19:22, 7 April 2009 (UTC)
