Tandi McCain is a teenage girl who was raped by her stepfather's boss, Mike Tucker.

After she is raped by Mike Tucker, Tandi spends two days in a newly constructed building. When she is questioned at the hospital she says that the army cadets from a close collage kidnapped and raped her, which eventually results in one of them being chased into the street and hit by a car. It is later revealed that she was at the party and the media tries to show the video of her on the air but Casey and the detectives prevent that from happening. After her stepfather is questioned for the rape, Tandi finally admits that she lied when she said the cadets were the ones who raped her and that she just said it so she would be left alone. After this she is arrested. When Olivia questions her, Tandi finally admits that Mike Tucker is the one who raped her and that she was afraid to say he did because he told her that her dad would lose his job. Casey tells her that Mike's defense is going to use her false allegations against her. When her dad asks Olivia what she would do, Olivia tells them that many victims who have not testified regret not doing so and that many victims who did testify do not and that Tandi would have at least stood up to her rapist. At trial Mike Tucker is acquitted, but when Olivia apologizes to Tandi she says she doesn't regret testifying against Tucker. While she and her parents are leaving the courthouse another young women named Allison walks up to her to thank her for coming forward. Allison then tells the detectives that she was also raped by Mike Tucker.
