Teddy Muncy is the brother of Detective Grace Muncy, who became involved in a rape case.

Lime Chaser[]
Teddy meets Churlish at a bar and starts flirting with her. Churlish then reveals herself as a cop and Teddy reveals himself as Muncy's brother. When Muncy's brother gets brought up in the investigation into Arlo Gregory, Velasco and Bruno interrogate Teddy about the rapes where Teddy denied any involvement. Throughout the case, Muncy tried to prove to her fellow detectives and Benson that they could trust Teddy.
However, Teddy was sent to meet with Arlo where he showed him a photo of Churlish, after being told by Churlish to show him her photo so Benson would let her go undercover. When Churlish went undercover, Churlish was drugged by Arlo and kidnapped where she was taken to Teddy's hotel room. Teddy then realized that she wasn't faking and took her to the bathroom where she took a urine sample. When his sister and Benson arrive, he tells them Churlish was in the bathroom, leading to her being found by Benson. (SVU: "Lime Chaser")
