The unnamed kidnapper of Teddy Winnock was a pedophile who was responsible for abducting and raping Teddy.
History[]
He was a subscriber to the child pornography site run by Teddy under the name GoodFriend22. Much later, Teddy came into investigation by Manhattan Special Victims Unit and enlisted the help of his subscribers to run away. This man stole the identity of an elderly man and helped Teddy run away and met up with him at the apartment Teddy's subscribers had purchased.
The man later entered the apartment, as Teddy was broadcasting to his other viewers and Teddy casually greeted the man. However, the man quickly drugged Teddy and took him away to his residence, where he bound and subjected him to his own pleasure.
Eventually, he was contacted by Guy Lucas, a fellow pedophile and subscriber, who was shown footage of the abduction by the cops and inquired on Teddy's condition. The man responded by saying Teddy is keeping "quiet" before ending the chat. Unknown to both, they played into SVU's hand in a sting, in which they tracked the IP address to the man's location.
Much later, Detectives Elliot Stabler and Odafin Tutuola locate the house, where Teddy's abductor runs away from them but is chased by Stabler. Soon Stabler and the abductor fight, with the abductor beating on him until Stabler overpowers him by slamming him into a table and viciously beats up the abductor out of disgust for his crimes. Tutuola arrives to spot the scene and Stabler regains his senses, while telling him to arrest the unconscious and bloodied man. Teddy was rescued and brought to the hospital for his injuries. Teddy's abduction motivated him to give up all his subscribers.
The kidnapper was later imprisoned for the crimes of subscribing to child pornography, kidnapping, assault, identity theft, and rape. (SVU: "Web")
