Terminal Decision was the name of a website owned by Mr. Smythe. It contained information about possible methods of suicide.
This information ranged from the location of bridges from which to jump, punch-key codes for access to the roofs of tall buildings, and the location of train crossings and their schedules.
Though Smythe claimed to be posting "neutral information" and promoting a "free exchange of ideas", no information was provided about suicide help lines or counseling services. Smythe reasoned that visitors to his site were not looking to be "saved" by him or anyone else.
This site was shut down as the result of a plea bargain with ADA Ron Carver through which Smythe avoided jail time. (CI: "No Exit")
