The Carjack Rapist is an unidentified rapist responsible for the carjackings and rapes of four women. When Annika Bergeron was kidnapped and forced to drive in her car, a 911 operator received a call from her phone and figured the rapist was responsible.
It was later revealed to be unrelated to the case, as Greg Jezic kidnapped her on the orders of Rose Granville, which got Bergeron killed even though her daughter Celia was saved when she was born. (SVU: "Tragedy")
