Tiana Williams is a teenager who was pimped out by her older brother Malik, which resulted in her being physically assaulted and raped.

Tiana was first spotted in the park on the ground by the slide. She immediately began apologizing to her brother Malik. She was taken to the hospital, where it was revealed she was injured and drugged. Once the drugs were out of her system, she spoke with Detective Rollins and Lieutenant Benson. Her story and her brothers don't match, but the detectives began to investigate, causing them to learn that their SNAP Card had been taken. Later, after Malik was suspected of trafficking Tiana, she stood by him despite what he had done and refused to speak to the Special Victims Unit. She even ran away from ACS and entered the courtroom as he was being arraigned.
Her mother Lashonda was a surprise witness presented by Malik's lawyer during his trial. She testified and talked of their life prior to her incarceration when she was still married to Tiana and Malik's father. She reveals he would rape her and would physically abuse her and the kids. Finn walks into the trial late with a man, who Lashonda immediately recognizes and asks what he is doing here. Judge allows the new witness. Stone begins his cross-examination on Lashonda and it is discovered that Malik was actually his mom’s pimp as well, and her incarceration was due to assaulting that man with a razor blade over payment. Tiana appears visibly upset and walks out of the trial, she asks Liv and Finn if that was true, they said it was and Finn takes Tiana back to ACS. Later, Tiana overdosed on heroin after a conversation with Malik.
Visiting her at the hospital, Liv tells Tiana even though her brother may love her, he didn't want what was best for her, she tells her that all her teachers talked so highly of her. She later learned her brother was behind the overdose, which caused her to reveal that her father had physically abused and raped her brother as well. The next day there is another small trial with Stone, Tiana, Malik, his lawyer, and the judge. Tiana said she still loves Malik and she does not want to testify against him but she will if she has to. Malik's lawyer and Stone make a deal and Malik gets 15 years. (SVU: "Guardian")
