Tichina Arnold (born June 28, 1969 in Queens, New York) is an American actress who played Leona in the Law & Order season 1 episode "Out of the Half-Light".
Arnold began her career as a teenager appearing in the films Little Shop of Horrors and How I Got Into College (featuring Lara Flynn Boyle and Nora Dunn). She is best-known as Pamela James on the FOX sitcom Martin, Rochelle on the UPN/CW sitcom Everybody Hates Chris (with Tyler James Williams), and Tina Butler on CBS sitcom The Neighborhood.
