Tim (surname unknown, alias The Wiener Man) is the stalker of murder victim Vicky Riggs.
History[]
Tim was a frequent attendee at a strip club she worked at, 4-Play, when she wasn't working as a lawyer, and he wasn't at his hot dog stand. Tim not only became aroused, but obsessed with Vicky and started following her around. When Vicky was murdered, he became a suspect when her colleague Josie Post reported on him.
Taken into interrogation from his hot dog stand, he just babbled how much he wanted her and her ex-fiance, Alan Anthony Winchell, who called off the engagement when he found out her night job, "wasn't right for" her. Neither man was guilty of Vicky's murder, nor later Josie's murder. Linus McKellen had an affair with Vicky, and Josie was in on arranging the meetings, so his wife Tessa ordered former client and fired mercenary Walter Inman to kill both women and frame Linus out of revenge.
