Law and Order

Timothy Moore is a high school basketball player and a hate criminal involved in assaults and murders of undocumented Latin American men with his teammates, Tony Stratton and Kyle Chase. In between Moore touring for colleges, he went out with his friends to assault and kill the men as retributions for their sports program losing money to integrate kids from other countries. Stratton’s family sedan was used, Moore brought his BB gun to shoot a couple men, and Chase uploaded the footage of the attacks online. The boys killed two men in Manhattan in the hopes the police in their hometown of Peconic wouldn’t trace them, but Manhattan detectives got to them first.

They were all arraigned on high bails and lost their passports, their enraged parents publicly protesting and saying the prosecution was too harsh on their kids. Chase took a plea to sell out Stratton and Moore, and at the risk of politics, witness harassment, restricted evidence, and trial tampering, verdicts were returned, where all the boys were only found guilty of assault. With a man they put in a coma pulled off his life support after the trial, they’re open to another trial for murder. (L&O: "Promote This!")
