Christina Divola "Tina" Bernardi is a teenager who was part of a teen pregnancy pact.

A naïve and impressionable teenager, she and her friends formed a teen pregnancy pact, purposely getting pregnant so their children would be friends too. Each girl neglected the consequences of their decision, holding the belief their parents would support them. Tina fell pregnant with her older schizophrenic neighbor Josh Galli's baby.
Three months later, while bragging on the phone of her encounter with a friend, her brother Alec overheard and thought Tina had been raped. As a result, he castrated and set Galli ablaze, with his screaming and burned body coming to the attention of the Special Victims Unit. Tina revealed her pregnancy to her mother Peggy and the detectives, though explained the sex was consensual and her brother went ballistic for nothing. She informed the present parties that she was part of a pregnancy pact set up by her friend and classmate, Fidelia Vidal. This prompted Peggy to find Fidelia and to viciously cyberbully her in an act of rage and revenge.
When Fidelia was found dead in what looked like suicide, Tina's mother was arrested when the detectives and Greylek believed Peggy had driven her to it. However, when Tina pointed out a mistake Greylek and the detectives had misinterpreted in Fidelia's last message, they discovered that Peggy was innocent and Fidelia had been murdered by her ex-boyfriend, Max Matarazzo. As a result, Peggy was acquitted, much to her and Tina's relief. However, when Greylek made a comment to Peggy over her parenting, Peggy assaulted her and was arrested, at which Tina, who witnessed the scene, broke down crying.
Later in family court, Tina was heartbroken that her entire family was in prison, and she was now facing a life alone in foster care while pregnant all because of her actions. However, Stabler then brought Josh's father, Tom, to see Tina. Tina apologized for what her brother had done, to which Tom forgave her and offered to take her in and help raise his unborn grandchild.
