Tina Montoya is a murderer with Robbie Delgado as her conspirator.

Tina’s father Pablo, a restaurant cook, was always verbally degrading of Tina, so she wanted to show him up. To excel in her beauty, she went into fashion design, lying about her family’s low wealth out of embarrassment. Her childhood sweetheart, Robbie, who Pablo disapproved of, had an IQ of 80, which Tina used to make him compliant for her scheme.
She instructed him to carry out several robberies for her so she’d have the funds for her shows. When she wanted a car at a dealership for her next show, she killed the dealer, Hal Garber, and rode off in the car with Robbie. When they’re both arrested, Tina tries to use her seduction to throw the trial off her and make Robbie take the fall. When her lies begin to unravel, her own manipulated lawyer Dean Connors drops Robbie so he gets better representation.
After Robbie took a plea for his part in the crime, Tina was found guilty of murder and imprisoned. (L&O: “Star Crossed”)
