Tom Harrigan is the father of teenaged killer Colin Harrigan, as well as an accessory from trying to take the fall for the murder of prep school board member Bill Prescott.
Colin was imprisoned for the murder once he owned up. Tom's legal status is left unknown. (L&O: "Wannabe")
