Tom McDaniel is the verbally abusive father of Lucy McDaniel.
History[]
After Lucy came under investigation for the murder of a judge, Tom made all the decisions for Lucy which included not talking to the police without a lawyer present. The detectives found out that Tom punished Lucy for slight things including not participating in a tennis match or going out with her boyfriend. Nolan Price and Samantha Maroun managed to discover that Lucy killed the judge because he refused to let her marry her boyfriend.
Lucy was arrested for his murder and was taken to trial. While in custody, Kevin Bernard visited Lucy at the prison and told Lucy to make her own decisions rather than her father controlling her life. Lucy then made a deal with Price and Maroun and confessed to the murder. After Lucy's imprisonment, Maroun told Price that Tom is under investigation for his actions. (L&O: "Fault Lines")
