Tommy (surname unknown) is a man who sexually assaulted Clare Wilson, a woman who was raped earlier that same night.

Tommy saw Clare disheveled in an alley while he was with his friend Jeff. Tommy was eager to sexually assault Clare, so he forced her back on the ground and started to masturbate, ready to "seagull" her and pre-ejaculates staining her bra. A good Samaritan picking up garbage, Elton Teague, stopped the two just when Officer Kenneth Parker arrived to arrested them all on suspicion.
Tommy and Jeff pinned the blame on Elton, while Elton told his whole truthful account. The stains on Clare's clothes confirmed Elton's story, and Jeff sold Tommy out, while adding none of the three raped her earlier that day.
