Anthony Russell "Tony" Hale is an actor and comedian who guest-starred on Law & Order and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
He is best known for his roles as Buster Bluth on Arrested Development (with Will Arnett, David Cross, Jeffrey Tambor, and Jessica Walter), Forky on Toy Story 4 (with Kristen Schaal) and Forky Asks a Question, and Gary Walsh on Veep (with Anna Chlumsky, Reid Scott, Gary Cole, Kevin Dunn, Clea DuVall, and a recurring Margaret Colin). He also starred on the shows Andy Barker, P.I. (with Marshall Manesh) and The Mysterious Benedict Society (again with Schaal and Ryan Hurst).
