Toomey (surname unknown) is the employee of surfer and cannabis store owner Trevor Knight. He saw a light blue Impala low rider near the store around the time Trevor was murdered and his store was robbed. Shortly after Toomey's RV on the beach was trashed, and Toomey himself was attacked Joey Fatu, Trevor's business partner. Each of them thought the other killed Trevor and stole the money, so Fatu defended himself to Trevor saying how Trevor died wasn't his idea of payback.
Fatu was revealed to be innocent as well, as a pretentious surf gang named the Moon Bay Crew killed Trevor and made it look like a robbery when he challenged them taking over a beach for themselves. (LA: "Harbor City")
