Law and Order

Tory Quinlann is a boy who was kidnapped in his preteens and raped in captivity for five years by Roger Kraslow.

History[]

Tory was kidnapped by Kraslow when he was a child. Kraslow had held hostage and raped him for years until Tory developed Stockholm syndrome and was afraid to leave because of repeated physical abuse from his stepfather Doug.

He abetted Kraslow's kidnapping of another boy, Kevin Fogarty, but Tory soon after smothered Kevin to death with a pillow out of not wanting him to take up Kraslow's attention. Kraslow found the scene and helped dispose of Kevin's corpse.

Kraslow was eventually tracked and arrested, but remembering inconsistencies in his account of Kevin's murder, Tory was arrested once it was realized he was the true murderer. Tory was psychologically evaluated to prove his competency, but when makeup was found on his body, it was revealed the reason Tory wanted Kraslow is because his stepfather Doug beat him when he wasn't in captivity.

Despite this, Tory refused to take a plea and was convicted of murder two. McCoy presided at his sentence hearing to argue for leniency. (L&O: "Captive")
