Tracie Thoms (born Aug. 19, 1975 in Baltimore, Maryland) is an American actress who portrayed Linda Ziman in the Law & Order season 15 episode "Mammon".
Thoms played Joanne Jefferson in the film adaptation of the musical Rent (featuring Jesse L. Martin, Anthony Rapp, Wilson Jermaine Heredia, and Taye Diggs). She also starred on Cold Case, from season 3 through the end of the series, alongside Danny Pino, and currently has a recurring role as Karen Wilson on 9-1-1.
