Vic Kingman is the muscle and one of the three leaders of the 3 Kings Haulage gang, and the younger brother of Mark Kingman.
Background[]
Vic was the younger brother of Mark and Steve Kingman and the muscle of their gang, the 3 Kings Haulage, which dealt in drug trafficking, arms trafficking, and prostitution. Some of the girls included Louisa Diaz and a woman who had a daughter named Bunny who lived in the trailer park. Vic also worked on a side-hustle where the women were sent to long-haul truckers, who then gave them to a group of serial killers to be murdered. He and his brothers also met a contact named Andre Lebec, a biker gang leader, and agreed to help traffic a shipment of weapons.
Organized Crime[]
Having killed an undercover police officer, Lebec burns his corpse and receives the badge from Vic before throwing it in the fire. He then shows up at Bunny's house and sees her peeking through the blinds. Due to their dealings, Elliot Stabler goes undercover to get a job and briefly sees Vic. After working a job, he gets to know more about the women and meets Bunny. One of Lebec's associates, Felix, rapes a prostitute, and Vic pulls out a shotgun and yells, "that's enough". Angry at Stabler, Vic comes with Stabler for the next job alongside Felix but suddenly stops to meet with Lug Nut. Vic shows the man a photo array, and Lug Nut picks out a girl named Sad Eyes.
During a meetup with Lebec, Stabler admits to beating up Felix and pulls out his gun, but instead of killing Stabler, he executes Felix on the spot before burning his corpse. After putting crates in another truck, Vic and Stabler go back to the trailer park the next day. When Bunny tells Stabler that Sad Eyes went missing, he finds a photo of her in one of the yellow trucks. The unit then discovers her name is Louisa Diaz and links it to the torture/rape-murders of over 36 women. While looking at his phone, a woman comes up and notifies him that Bunny is missing. Vic notices Stabler running out after assaulting Mark and hops into his truck. Bunny is thankfully saved by Stabler after taking down her pedophilic abductor, but Vic comes back and crashes his tractor into Stabler's vehicle. (OC: "Lost Highway")
While Stabler makes it, Bunny is revealed to be dead from the crash, and the Organized Crime Unit has enough evidence to bust the traffickers. After getting into a confrontation with Steve and assaulting him, the unit comes with cars to arrest them. Not wanting to face justice, Vic runs into the park, pulls out a gun, and shoots himself. Beyond death, Sad Eyes is saved while in the captivity of a serial killer named Sloppy Joe. (OC: "Dante's Inferno")
