Dr. Vincent Balicheck is an oncologist who worked with attorney Bruce Graham to finding dying tycoons to kill for a tax scam. Graham would find the family and heirs to the prominent figures who would agree to pay a cut of their estates to Graham and Dr. Balicheck in exchange for their relatives being slowly killed into or delayed in their deaths and then killed in 2010. An American estate tax loophole would mean the heirs would take the full estates if they inherited that year.
Dr. Balicheck was arrested and taken to trial with the rest of the conspirators. He took a plea in exchange for his cooperation with the law & justice system to sell out his conspirators. (L&O: "The Taxman Cometh")
