Dr. Vincent Balicheck is an oncologist who worked with attorney Bruce Graham to finding dying tycoons to kill for a tax scam. Graham would find the family and heirs of their latest target, who would agree to pay a cut of their estates to Graham and Balicheck in exchange for their relatives being slowly killed or delayed in their deaths and then killed in 2010. An American estate tax loophole would mean the heirs would take the full estates if they inherited that year.
Balicheck was arrested and taken to trial with the rest of the conspirators. He took a plea in exchange for his cooperation to sell out his conspirators. (L&O: "The Taxman Cometh")
