Vincent Johnson was a car service driver allied with pimp Jerry. Johnson was bribed by Jerry to drive five girls he was holding captive to locations designated by johns. When Johnson was to be caught during a sting, he fled from the sound of a gunshot with a girl named Marian in the back seat.
He was stopped by a cab and surrendered, with Marian being rescued. After his arrest, he tried to deny his complicity, but eventually confessed to his role. Johnon was imprisoned, and Marian led the detectives to Jerry and the other girls. (SVU: "Real Fake News")
