Vivienne Patton is the once-devoted wife of Atlanta PD Chief Charles Patton and the mother of their children. She fondly remembers Detective Amanda Rollins from her time on the force there before she transferred to New York.
Vivienne is especially hit by the allegations against Charles for the rape of detectives Reese Taymor and Rollins. Originally standing by her husband, she's devastated to witness Charles take a plea to be on probation and supports the two women no matter how hurt she is from her world being destroyed. It can be assumed she negotiated divorce proceeds with Charles or at least more freedom and responsibility in the terms of their marriage to be less legally associated with Charles' rapes.
