Wally Rimaldi is a part of the Rimaldi crime family and the owner of the 4-Play Club, a strip club facing a lawsuit from the women working their in regards to their employment benefits. Lawyer Vicky Riggs actively took part in being the representative in the lawsuit. When the deal for the major benefits the workers were looking for was a bust, Vicky fought for what she could and sealed it with insisting for her own employment at the club, her closest confidant being colleague Josie Post.
When Vicky was murdered, Rimaldi was questioned, which was when he revealed the deal. Rimaldi was cleared when CSU found out the M.O. used in killing Vicky, and later Josie, didn't fit their prime suspects, and that the motive wasn't even related to the club. (SVU: "Manipulated")
