Captain Walson (surname unknown) is the head of the Manhattan Park Precinct of the NYPD and a stubborn, hardheaded cop with a refusal to collaborate with other precinct, even over the murder of Nafeesa Amir in a public park in his district. One of his patrol officers revealed Walson wasn't connecting hoodlum activity in the park, from purse-snatching to street harassment, until the day before Naseefa was killed.
That motive was ruled out when she was identified, and her own relatives, father and ambassador Saleh Amir and her brother Jaleel Amir, were revealed to be the killers. (SVU: "Honor")
