Walter Bradley is a judge based in Manhattan, New York City.

During a blackout, Bradley was swarmed with attorneys all asking for something. In the midst of this, he refused to sign a warrant Michael Cutter asked to find a kidnapped mother and daughter on the grounds that it was unconstitutional. (L&O: "Darkness")

He is a known participant of Judge Joseph P. Terhune's weekly poker games. (SVU: "Bound")
