Wayne Hankett is a serial flasher and later a serial rapist, statutory rapist, and pedophile.
History[]
He was warped into being a rapist by his father Travis, who forced him to videotape himself exposing himself to and sexually abusing women and children for his own sexual gratification. He was apprehended by Brad Fletcher, a teenager posing as a police officer, and this nearly got the case against Wayne thrown out. Wayne and his father both went to prison after Wayne confessed and told Detectives Benson and Stabler what his father had made him do. (SVU: "Wannabe")
