Wesley Dilbert is a necrophiliac and a suspect in the rape of Stephanie Rawley, but was acquitted. He had a criminal record of being reported for trying to make Maxine Hatters, a prostitute, get into an ice bath to make her cold enough to seem dead and strangling her when she refused.
When Dilbert was found to have fondled women's corpses on camera, he was found guilty of sexual assault and imprisoned. (SVU: "Waste")
