Whitaker Yates was the leader of The Bishop Club at Hudson University.
History[]
After Annabel Nelson gets raped by members of The Bishop Club, the cops head into the club but Whitaker tries to prevent them from coming in. However, Whitaker manages to become convinced and won't let them look upstairs without a warrant and refuses to tell them about the members that were at the club at the time of the rape. When the cops threaten to make arrests, Whitaker and the club go down to the station. During interrogation, Whitaker and the boys claim that Mia and her covenant hate men and that they are being set up for rapes they didn't commit.
After Amanda Rollins and Odafin Tutuola discover that another cop Andy Parlato-Goldstein was a former member of the club, Parlato-Goldstein goes undercover and Whitaker starts worshipping him. Whitaker shows Parlato-Goldstein the room with a throne in the middle of the room. Whitaker insists on serenading him and sings him a song where they confess to the rapes. Dominick Carisi, Jr. manages to charge the entire club with conspiracy to commit rape. As a result, Whitaker and the boys are arrested but don't take their arrests seriously. Parlato-Goldstein revealed that he was a cop to Whitaker, which annoyed him.
After Parlato-Goldstein works with Carisi and Olivia Benson to charge Whitaker and the boys with hate crimes, Austin confesses to the rape as well as makes antisemitic slurs towards Parlato-Goldstein as he was Jewish. The Bishop Club was closed down and Whitaker was imprisoned for his crimes. (SVU: "Promising Young Gentlemen")
