Xavier Garcia was the boyfriend and rapist of Lily Bustani, the cousin of Katriona Tamin.
History[]
Garcia's controlling influence over Bustani broke a limit when Bustani wanted to slow down the two of them making out. Garcia caught Bustani off guard by raping her instead. Tamin encouraged Bustani to catch Garcia in a confession to the rape and press charges. However, Bustani dropped the charges and wanted to improve the "relationship" between herself and Garcia instead, much to Tamin's grief. (SVU: "The Only Way Out Is Through")
Garcia goes out at night and gets drunk, eventually coming across two women posing as escorts wanting to go someplace private. After getting Garcia to go along, the women bring another friend, drug him, and take turns raping him. Garcia overdoses on the drugs and dies. Bustani finds out and is devastated despite the sexual trauma she suffered from Garcia's attacks. Tamin encourages her to help catch the murderers, which turns out to be successful.
