Zach Elfont was a cult leader who manipulated several women into having sex with him, including Jocelyn Davis.

After Sienna testified that Elfont was behind the cult, Cosgrove and Shaw arrested Elfont at a meeting. At the courthouse, Elfont became convinced that Jocelyn wouldn't testify against time and admitted to having sex with the girls but nothing to do with the cult.
Elfont then gets taken out of the room in handcuffs while Price talks to McCoy about turning Jocelyn in. After Jocelyn agreed to testify against Elfont, Maroun approached Price and told him that Elfont was murdered in prison. He apparently bragged to another prisoner about his crimes against the women of his cult, which disgusted the person into beating him to death. In the end, Jocelyn was sentenced to twelve years in prison for her involvement with the cult and Ava's death. (L&O: "Collateral Damage")
