Zelda (surname unknown) is a homeless woman who was a witness to the shooting of Ken Scofield by Arthur Pruitt. She reminisced about her relationships and her time at Atlantic Beach, while she collected bottles and found places to sleep at night. She even flirted with Detective Logan at times, usually speaking in third-person.
Zelda mentioned that Pruitt would stalk people with binoculars, and that she saw him waving his gun around the night of the shooting. She gave Pruitt's description, but it bore a resemblance to Scott Hexter, who police quickly zeroed in on as a suspect. She was eventually brought in for questioning again, where she saw a photo of Scott and confirmed he wasn't the shooter. (L&O: "Mayhem")
